Micro-Credential in Food and Beverage Management FBM2014 (BAHM)
Workshops will use demonstrations, lectures, video material and individual and group practice. It is envisaged, where possible, to support working practice and skill development by means of discussion sessions and through theoretical reinforcement in the Operations Management module. In addition the practical food and beverage themes will be integrated as far as possible with other areas of study, i.e. marketing management, financial & cost accounting, operations management and food and beverage science.
