Overview: 

This course aims to teach the pedagogical and curriculum strategies for health, safety, nutrition and physical education. The course emphasizes the inter-relationship of health, safety, nutrition and physical fitness for the enhancement of children’s well being for effective learning. It discusses the establishment and management of environments that promote wellness, and explores routines and practices that help children to stay healthy, safe and physically fit.
