Overview: 

This course is aimed to equip the students with sound knowledge on major theories, concepts and research in positive psychology in regards to happiness and psychological well being. It covers the role of positive emotions, beliefs and behaviours in resilience, health and well being. Students will also appreciate how positive psychological strategies can make a difference in how we think and lead our lives to improve overall human well being. This course will also help students to begin to think about developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
