The programme is designed to understand the key elements of the negotiation process and explore how people use negotiation to manage individual, group, and team conflicts. Students will investigate the practices of using power, analysing personality traits, assessing conflict, and improving communication techniques in problem-solving with regard to appropriate strategies, tactics and goals in conflict resolution. This module will also focus on negotiation skills, mediation skills, and conflict management strategies.
